ข้าวโซอิ KHAO-SO-i Central Pinklao

Now this famous modern khao soi from Chiang Mai has more branches in Bangkok. I've tried the beef tongue khao soi — the soup is flavorful, not in that traditional way, more modern and easy to eat. The tongue was super soft, in a way that it loses the characteristic chewiness of tongue — if you normally don't like chewy tongue, this is for you. The price isn't cheap, but considering the quality and portion, it makes sense.
