Rudy's Pizza Napoletana - Bold Street

Rudy’s is my favorite pizza spot in Liverpool! 🍕🔥 The pizzas are huge, but honestly? They’re so good I can easily finish one by myself. My go-to is the Triple Pepperoni — perfect for meat lovers. Three types of pepperoni, melty cheese, and that signature Rudy’s dough… it just hits every time. If you’re unsure what to order, start with this one! Rudy’s also releases three special pizzas every month, and they’re always fun to try. If one catches your eye, go for it — they disappear quickly. (I missed the lasagna pizza and still regret it 😭) I usually prefer tomato-based pizzas — the white ones can feel a bit dry for me (though chili olive oil helps). But what truly makes Rudy’s special is the dough: freshly made, baked right in front of you by very happy chefs. Even their garlic bread comes in a “pizza style,” perfect when you crave Rudy’s dough but don’t want a full pizza. The coffee is decent too, hot or iced, with a darker roast that pairs nicely with a big slice. The staff and chefs are always friendly, which really adds to the atmosphere. If Bold Street isn’t convenient, Rudy’s has multiple branches — pick the closest one. (For Albert Dock, I recommend booking ahead, especially if you’re going with a group.) Enjoy Rudy’s! 🍕✨
