This is one of those hidden gems tucked inside a quiet alley — and if you love coffee, you’ll love L.O.C. Liberty of Coffee (LOC) is a small, cozy café run by a son–mother duo. They serve great medium and dark roast beans, and they always have rotating seasonal beans you can choose from (with a small add-on). Since they’re not roasters themselves, they give genuinely honest opinions on every bean they stock — it feels like visiting a friend who’s obsessed with coffee and always has something new for you to try. Honestly, it’s hard to find coffee this good at this price. And it’s not just coffee — their non-coffee drinks are amazing too: matcha, cocoa, Thai tea… you name it, they do it well. Sometimes they even have a few pastries. Fun fact: before LOC, the owner used to run a food truck selling roti — and it was great. So if they happen to have roti on the day you visit, I highly recommend grabbing one. There aren’t many seats, so it’s not the ideal place to sit and work for hours. Just enjoy your cup, or grab it to go. This has become one of my regular spots for a caffeine fix. Hope you’ll love LOC like I do — enjoy your cup! ☕✨
